Two sets of four letters. Solid.

  • FOUR LEGS

I met Devin of The Salesmen and Knife Party! Mobile Sharpening last night at the Shangri La, and today I already have his knuckles in my inbox! Thanks dude! Here is what Devin has to say about his knuckles:

It’s in my handwriting — it’s a reminder that people are animals too. Also, I recently wrote a song called “Four Legs” in honor of the charity Jail Guitar Doors. The song is about being free like an animal, and here is a link to the song (you may have to scroll down eventually as we post new things.)

  • Hope Dies

    Ry sends us these knuckles:

These are my knuckles, saying “Hope Dies”. It’s not as pessimistic as you’d think. I believe hope does die, but we must fight to keep it alive. We must fight to keep our hope(s) and dreams alive in our lives, and that would explain the placement for you. As for the style: I didn’t want something ordinary. Knuckles are already an odd location for tattoos, but I wanted to push it further than that and have the words in cursive rather than the plain block lettering. I wanted them crossing fingers and going in the webbing in between — which hurt like hell.

  • Just Sing

Amanada Z. sends us these knuckles:

The story behind my knuckle tattoo is that I have been singing since kindergarten and I still continue to do so, I am now a senior in college. “Just Sing” is sort of a motto of mine to get through life. Singing makes me at ease and relives most of my stresses so when i become utterly stressed out I just sing. Of course it doesn’t make my problems go away but it does make me feel a hell of a lot better. Singing is one of my greatest passions in life, and when I sing, that’s one of the best feelings in the world.

  • FUCT OVER

Joshua Westfall sends us these knuckles:
This tattoo was done by Chris Miller from Studio 41 in Clarksville, TN.
As in life my knuckles read FUCT OVER, can not become any more truth than that!
  • EVIL DEAD

Jerry Smith of Visalia, CA sends us these knuckles:
I got this because of my love for all things Horror related. I worship the Evil Dead series, so I wanted to show my love.
  • Pang Pang

Fredrik of PangPang Brewery sends us these beautiful knuckles:

PangPang is the name of my brewery in Stockholm. I made these to resemble the companys logo, after the first major delivery.
I´m not sure anymore, but I think that maybe I started the brewery just in order to get to do the tattoos.

  • STAY GOLD

Steven G. sends us these knuckles:

Here are my knuckle tats after their first and second sessions. I work a lot with my hands so I’m healing them in sections… My knocks are a two-fold homage to ‘The Outsiders’ as well as a nod to Bring Me the Horizon’s song ‘Diamonds Aren’t Forever’ line “Throw your diamonds in the sky, we’ll stay gold forever”. My knuckles are me, I can never deny myself, and if I stay gold… I might just leave a mark and “live forever”.

  • STAY TRUE

Crissa La-Lynn sends us these digits:

I don’t really have a huge amazing story for getting these tattoos. I know a lot of people either get “love hate” “stay true” but stay true actually means something to me. I feel its important to always stay true to yourself cause in the end you are the only one you have.

  • VIDI VICI

Tony Tulve in Tucson, AZ sends us these knuckles:

    “I Saw, I Conquered”

My motto in life, if I never followed this then I wouldn’t be the person I am today

Done By David Williams at Tattoo Artistry, Tucson Arizona

  • STAY DOWN

David Bowen sends us these beautifully gnarly knuckles:

I got this tattoo a few months ago, primarily as a large step to dedicating my life to MMA and becoming a professional fighter. Touch – up/improvement to come next time I get some work done.
